Galvanized pipe, also known as galvanized steel pipe, is a pipe product that is coated with a layer of metallic zinc on the surface of ordinary steel pipes.
The main purpose of galvanized pipe is to prevent corrosion and rust, thereby extending the service life of the steel pipe. Galvanized pipes are divided into two types: hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing has a thicker, uniform coating and strong adhesion, while electro-galvanizing has a lower cost and a smoother surface.

Q215 galvanized round tubes are low-carbon steel welded tubes (yield strength ≥ 215 MPa) manufactured using a hot-dip galvanizing process (zinc coating ≥ 60 g/m²). They offer excellent corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness. These tubes are suitable for general applications such as low-pressure fluid conveyance, construction scaffolding, and guardrails, with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 300°C. Customized length cutting is available, with a smooth surface and strong zinc coating adhesion, ensuring an outdoor service life of 10–15 years.

ST37-2 galvanized round tubes are structural steel tubes (yield strength ≥ 235MPa) that comply with German standard DIN 17100. They are hot-dip galvanized to form a dense protective layer. They have excellent weldability and mechanical strength, and are suitable for use in building supports, mechanical structures, low-pressure pipelines, and other applications. The zinc layer thickness is ≥ 50μm.
