2507 stainless steel tubing is a super duplex steel (Cr 24-26%, Ni 6-8%, Mo 3-4%) with a dual-phase structure combining austenitic and ferritic phases. It features ultra-high strength (yield strength ≥550 MPa) and exceptional resistance to chloride ion corrosion, making it ideal for extreme environments such as seawater treatment and chemical piping. Its resistance to stress corrosion is significantly superior to that of 316L, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 300°C.

430 stainless steel tubing is a ferritic stainless steel (containing 16%-18% chromium) that offers excellent corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and oxidation resistance, but has poor weldability. It is suitable for applications such as appliance components, automotive decorative tubing, and architectural trim in non-corrosive environments. Compared to austenitic stainless steel, it offers a cost advantage, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 800°C, and can be provided with a polished or sandblasted surface finish.

316L stainless steel tubing is a low-carbon, molybdenum-enhanced austenitic stainless steel tubing (C ≤ 0.03%, Cr 16-18%, Ni 10-14%, Mo 2-3%), offering exceptional resistance to chloride corrosion and acid-alkali performance. It is suitable for harsh environments such as seawater desalination, chemical equipment, and pharmaceutical pipelines, and supports both welded and seamless manufacturing processes. It operates at temperatures ranging from -196°C to 800°C and can be provided with surface treatments such as acid washing and polishing.

305 stainless steel tubing is a high-nickel austenitic stainless steel (Cr 17%-19%, Ni 10.5%-13%) that reduces cold working hardening rates by increasing nickel content, making it particularly suitable for demanding forming processes such as deep drawing and spinning. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and ductility, making it ideal for components requiring complex forming, such as chemical equipment, electronic components, and automotive exhaust pipes. It is available in both welded and seamless tube types.

The 200 series of stainless steel is a type of nickel-saving austenitic stainless steel that substitutes manganese for nickel (Cr 16%-19%, Mn 5%-10%, Ni 1%-4%). By alloying with manganese and nitrogen, it maintains non-magnetic properties, offers moderate corrosion resistance, and provides high cost-effectiveness, making it suitable for applications such as decorative building materials and appliance housings in the civilian sector. Typical grades include 201/202, which have better machinability than 430 stainless steel but inferior corrosion resistance compared to the 300 series.
