SGCD2SGCD3 galvanized coiled steel sheets are commercial-grade (D2) and deep-drawing-grade (D3) hot-dip galvanized steel in accordance with the Japanese standard JIS G 3302. Grade D2 is suitable for general processing (zinc coating Z12 or above), while Grade D3 achieves excellent stamping performance (r value ≥ 1.6) through special annealing treatment, and is widely used in construction, home appliances, and automotive components. It is available with conventional zinc flower/no zinc flower surfaces and has a corrosion resistance lifespan of 15-25 years.

DX52D+Z galvanized coil is a structural-grade hot-dip galvanized steel coil (yield strength ≥260 MPa) produced using a continuous hot-dip process to form a uniform zinc coating (Z80-275
g/m²). It offers excellent formability and corrosion resistance, with a zinc-iron alloy layer ensuring self-healing capability at cut edges. Specifically designed for applications requiring further processing, such as building envelopes, automotive components, and appliance housings, it can be provided with a bright finish or chromate passivation surface treatment.

DX53D+Z/DX54D+Z galvanized coil is an ultra-deep-drawing grade hot-dip galvanized steel (yield strength 140-300 MPa), achieving excellent formability through an optimized annealing process (r value ≥ 1.8, n value ≥ 0.18) . The zinc coating (Z60-180 g/m²) has strong adhesion and is suitable for automotive panels, precision home appliances, and other complex stamped parts. It can be bent 180° without cracking and provides a chromium-free, environmentally friendly passivated surface.
