Carbon Steel Flat Rectangle Bar General Introduction:
Flat steel includes the common hot rolled flat bar and cold drawn flat steel bar. Its width is 12-200mm, the thickness is 3-30mm and the length is 3m-12m or as per the client's request. MS rectangle bar is mainly used in the form various stress components according to the different needs of the structure, and it can also be used as a connection between components. Mild steel flat bar is widely used in the various construction structures and engineering structures, such as beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks and warehouse shelves etc.

Carbon steel bar is a solid long product with carbon content below 2%. Available in round, square, flat and hexagonal shapes, it offers excellent machinability and weldability. Widely used in construction, machinery and automotive industries, common grades include A36, 1045, and Q235. Provides good strength-to-cost ratio for structural applications.

ST37 Carbon Steel Bar is a common structural steel grade (DIN standard) with good weldability and machinability. Featuring low carbon content (≈0.17%) and tensile strength of 370MPa, it's widely used in construction, machinery and general engineering. Equivalent to Q235 (GB) and S235JR (EN).

SGCC Carbon Steel Bar is a high-quality carbon steel product, typically with low-medium carbon content (0.05-0.25%). Offering excellent strength, machinability and weldability, it's commonly supplied as round/flat/square bars for construction, machinery and fastener applications. Comparable to Q235 or A36 steel, it provides reliable performance for structural uses.
