  • 201 Stainless Steel Plate201 Stainless Steel Plate
    201 Stainless Steel Plate
201 stainless steel sheet is a nickel-saving austenitic stainless steel containing 16%-18% chromium, 3.5%-5.5% nickel, and a higher manganese content (5.5%-7.5%). It offers moderate corrosion resistance, good formability, and weldability, making it suitable for indoor decoration, home appliances, kitchenware, and other low-corrosion environments. Compared to 304 stainless steel, it is more cost-effective but has slightly lower corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, making it unsuitable for harsh environments.
  • 202 Stainless Steel Plate202 Stainless Steel Plate
    202 Stainless Steel Plate
202 stainless steel sheet is a nickel-saving austenitic stainless steel containing 17%-19% chromium, 4%-6% nickel, and a higher manganese content (7.5%-10%). Compared to 201 stainless steel, it offers better corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, though it still falls short of 304 stainless steel. It is suitable for indoor decoration, home appliances, kitchenware, and architectural decoration in moderate corrosion environments, offering good value for money. However, it is not recommended for use in high chloride ion or strong acid environments.
  • 430 Stainless Steel Patterned Plate430 Stainless Steel Patterned Plate
    430 Stainless Steel Patterned Plate
Stainless steel sheet is iron-and-chromium alloys with specified thicknesses cut to set lengths. Generally speaking, sheets are
thinner than plates. It is ideal for applications that desire high strength, resistance to corrosion, or aesthetic flair. These alloys
contain at least 10.5 percent chromium by weight. The chromium content forms a robust and invisible corrosion-resisting oxide
film on the material's surface. Exact performance characteristics vary by grade, like:Corrosion resistance ,heat resistance,
Easy to clean ,High strength-to-weight ratio ,Easy to fabricate ,Exceptional aesthetic value ,Recyclable,High strength
  • 301 Stainless Steel Plate301 Stainless Steel Plate
    301 Stainless Steel Plate
301 stainless steel sheet is a metastable austenitic stainless steel containing 16%-18% chromium and 6%-8% nickel. Cold working can significantly enhance strength and hardness (up to 1500 MPa) while maintaining good ductility. It exhibits excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring a high strength-to-weight ratio, such as spring components, rail transportation, and aerospace parts. Its work-hardening properties make it particularly suitable for structural reinforcement applications.
  • 301L Stainless Steel Plate301L Stainless Steel Plate
    301L Stainless Steel Plate
301L stainless steel sheet is an ultra-low carbon version of 301 (carbon content ≤0.03%), with the same chromium and nickel content as 301 (Cr 16-18%, Ni 6-8%). By reducing the carbon content, welding performance is significantly improved, and the risk of intergranular corrosion is reduced. It combines the properties of cold work hardening (strength up to 1200 MPa) with better formability, making it suitable for high-strength structural components requiring welding, such as railway vehicle bodies and architectural decorations.
